Do you have employees that use their own cars in business or do you supply your employee with a company car? Be sure to let us know their name, date of birth and driver's license number. The insurance company will then obtain their motor vehicle report (MVR). By doing this you will make sure all your employees have a valid driver license and a good driving record. You do not want someone that has a poor driving record or suspended license access to your vehicles.
