We are a long-time member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a dynamic membership organization rich in history and comprised of nearly 2,200 community-minded businesses totaling to more than 120,000 employees collectively working to make Lancaster County a great place to live, work, and do business!

A Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) is the top insurance agent professional certification. Liz Martin, president of Martin Insurance Agency, and Amy Marberger, our Commercial Lines team leader, hold this distinguished designation.

Training to become a CIC includes 100 classroom hours and five comprehensive exams. To keep knowledge and skills finely honed, continuing education courses are required every year to ensure that we are able to give you the attention, care, and current information necessary to make your coverage decisions.

A Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) is also an insurance agent professional certification and represents a comprehensive understanding of risks and exposures. Several of our agents hold the CISR designation.

Our CISR agents are required to attend continuing education courses every year to update their knowledge and skills, ensuring that our clients receive the very best professional service.
